42 people. 42 projects. Exponential change. I am setting an ambitious goal for 2026. During this year, I want to reach 42 committed, creative people who wish to improve healthcare quality and safety. I am launching the #summer, live #course on applied #quality #improvement — designed for clinicians, public health professionals, and care teams who want to move from identifying problems to actually improving care in their settings. - If you feel things can be better for patients then this is for you. - If you’re finding yourself in cycles of audits, assessments, and initiatives that don’t lead to change — this is for you. It took me seven years to build my skills in leading quality improvement. Having the right mentor, time and the opportunity to try things out was the key — working with teams in cramped side rooms of hospital wards and in hot villages under welcoming trees. Since most people do not have this luxury. I want to shorten that journey. This could be 42 people working across different facilities and communities. Or institutions or departments serious about transforming care and culture. The course is practical and small by design — with personalised mentorship and a focus on applying methods to real problems. Why 42? Because 42 change-makers can create exponential impact for patients and systems. Because small numbers matter. Because 42 is the answer. A reminder that we may not yet know the question. Because “don’t panic & carry a towel” is good advice for any journey. 😄 If this resonates, I value your support in sharing this with your networks.
