Enabling loved ones to be with patients in the ICU

Often ICUs have restrictive visitor policies. Visitor restrictions lead to worse patient outcomes and create anxiety for patients and loved ones.

Current evidence does not support the commonly held belief that visitors increase ICU infection rates.

It is possible to do both - enable greater engagement from loved ones and to ensure the safety of your patients.

Help us help you make your ICU care more compassionate through a collaborative process.

Improving care in the Emergency Department

The Emergency Department is a complex setting. A continuous stream of patients with a wide variety of problems and needs. Larger hospitals can see hundreds of patients in one day in the ED.

It can be hard to ensure good care in such a complex, changing environment.

Join us in improving the quality and safety of Emergency Department services.
